The Blogging for Progress Scholarship is available to students who are over the age of 16 as of November 1, 2006 and will be attending a regionally or nationally accredited college, university or vocational school during the 2007 calendar year. You must create a blog and write about current events, society, the environment, and public policy. Winners are selected based on an accumulation of participation points.
