MBA Scholarships at Temple University, Japan Campus

The MBA program with an executive concentration at Temple University, Japan Campus, provides courses for those who, like you, have the potential to lead a global enterprise. And it benefits from a fertile environment created by a mix of students from diverse cultures and professors with wide-ranging experiences.

A limited number of competitive scholarships are available for students studying for an MBA degree at Temple University, Japan Campus .

Scholarships Available

Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit and financial need. Other special circumstances will be considered. Successful candidates must successfully complete at least six classes within twelve months of receiving the scholarship. Awards are given in the form of tuition remission for use at TUJ. Scholarships in each category will be awarded once per year.

  • Dean’s Scholarship (¥1,000,000) — Open to all applicants
  • Amway Scholarship (¥500,000) — Open to all applicants; co-sponsored by Amway Limited Japan
  • Young Leaders Scholarship (¥500,000) — For applicants age 32 and under
  • Innovation Scholarship (¥500,000) — For those with a background in technology
  • JET Programme Alumni Scholarship (¥500,000) — Open to all former participants in the JET program
  • Women Mean Business Scholarship (¥500,000) — In conjunction with Foreign Executive Women, open to all women

Scholarship applications are assessed against the eligibility criteria and the minimum requirements of each scholarship. While you may be considered for multiple categories only one scholarship per person will be awarded.

All applicants will receive written notification of the results of their scholarship application. If they are not successfully granted a scholarship at the time of application but are admitted to the program, they may reapply for scholarships and submit their scholarship application by the designated deadline stated below.

Applying for Scholarships

Scholarship applications are due by March 15 for the following academic year, and the review of scholarship application is conducted once a year.

Applying for Summer Semester is encouraged since you will be considered for all scholarships.

TUJ_START applicants are not eligible for scholarships.

Federal Loan Programs

American citizens may apply for aid through US government loan programs. To apply, the applicant should submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov.
