With this in mind, CIMB Group has established the CIMB Regional Scholarship, which aims to provide outstanding individuals from all Southeast Asian countries a chance to pursue full-time postgraduate degree programmes at top graduate schools throughout the world. For this purpose, CIMB Group seeks highly talented individuals who have attained an impressive track record of academic and personal achievements and can see themselves playing a significant role in the development of Southeast Asia. This year, we are seeking to award 5 scholarships to deserving individuals in two areas: <strong>the Arts and Environmental Studies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Eligibility:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A citizen of any Southeast Asia country<\/li>\n<li>Have gained acceptance at a top graduate school to pursue postgraduate degree programme in the fields of study offered at the time when the CIMB Regional Scholarship is awarded<\/li>\n<li>Possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree with minimum CGPA of 3.00\/4.00 or equivalent (for Master\u2019s Degree applicants), or a Master\u2019s Degree with good examiner\u2019s report or equivalent (for Doctoral Degree applicants) that is relevant to the course or field applied for<\/li>\n<li>Do not hold any other scholarships, awards or grants that come with any contractual obligation between the recipient and the provider * Relevant work experience is a bonus! * Full scholarship award funding all academic fees such as registration and examination fees, book allowance, as well as other expenses such as accommodation, airfare, travel documents, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Relevant work experience, where applicable, is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>This is a full scholarship award covering all academic fees such as registration and examination fees, book allowance, as well as other expenses such as accommodation, airfare, travel documents, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selection Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a track record of outstanding achievements that are relevant to the proposed field of study<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate potential to contribute significantly to the region, given the opportunity to further studies<\/li>\n<li>Active involvement in extra-curricular activities<\/li>\n<li>Possess the required competencies (leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, energy level, etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Application must be submitted online via the \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cimb.com\/index.php?ch=g2_csr_scholar&amp;pg=g2_csr_scholar_applicant&amp;tpt=cimb_group&amp;do=apply\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Apply For Scholarship Now<\/a>\u201d link on the official website www.cimb.com.<\/p>\n<p>Information provided will only be used for the purpose of evaluating your application for the CIMB Regional Scholarship.
