The Robert B. Bailey Scholarship is intended to promote participation in the International Study Programs CIEE<\/a> individuals or members of groups that have been traditionally under-represented in study abroad, especially students from ethnic minorities. Applicants are asked to specify the group to which they belong and which they consider to be under-represented in study abroad. <\/p>\n

These awards are named in honor of Robert B. Bailey III, a former member of the CIEE Board and professor of sociology and director of studies abroad at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.<\/p>\n

\nApplicants must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n
