A    score of 550 will be considered for certain fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Dateline:  <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">May 31<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><sup><strong>st<\/strong><\/sup><strong>, 2008<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>RESEARCH PROGRAMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Doctoral Dissertation Research    Program<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">This research grant  is intended to provide U.S. research opportunities to Indonesian university  doctoral candidates who are in the final stages of writing their dissertation.  The grant duration is for a period of three to six months. Applicants  should have a minimum TOEFL score of 575 to participate in this program.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Dateline:  <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">May 31<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><sup><strong>st<\/strong><\/sup><strong>, 2008<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Senior Research Program<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>This research grants benefits Indonesian  scholars who have a doctoral degree or equivalent professional qualifications.  The grant affords Indonesian scholars the opportunity to conduct research  in the U.S. for a period of three to six months. Applicants should also  be able to demonstrate sufficient English language proficiency to conduct  research in the U.S.<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Dateline:  August 31<\/strong><sup><strong>st<\/strong><\/sup><strong>, 2008<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<\/ul>\n<p><a name=\"other\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>OTHER PROGRAMS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Foreign Language (Bahasa    Indonesia) Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">The program is for  one academic year (9 months) and requires the grantee to teach Bahasa  Indonesia at U.S. universities for up to 20 hours per week and to enroll  in at least two U.S. studies and\/or ESL methodology classes per semester  under a full tuition waiver.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>English language Teachers    or currently in training to become an English language teacher<\/li>\n<li>Applicants can be no older    than 29 years of age at the time of application<\/li>\n<li>Min. Humphrey Fellowship    Program for Mid-Career Professionals<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Hubert H. Humphrey  fellowships enable Indonesian mid-career professionals to participate  in non-degree programs that combine academic coursework at the graduate  level with professional development activities in the U.S. for a period  of one academic year (9 months).<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Requirements:<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Administrators in leadership    positions representing either the public or non-provit private sectors,    including Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO&#8217;s) who are committed    to public service<\/li>\n<li>A Sarjana (S1) degree<\/li>\n<li>A minimum GPA of 2.75 (4.00    scale)<\/li>\n<li>Min. TOEFL score of 525<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Dateline:  May 31<\/strong><sup><strong>st<\/strong><\/sup><strong>, 2008<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Visiting Specialist Program<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Fulbright Visiting  Specialists Program provides grants for Indonesian scholars and practitioners  to conduct intensive three or six week programs of teaching, lecturing  and public outreach on topics in Islamic civilization and developments  in the Muslim world. Participants may be in field of Islamic and area  studies, political science, international relations, business and economics,  history, women&#8217;s studies, journalism, sociology, religion, literature,  anthropology, and the arts.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Dateline:  May 31<\/strong><sup><strong>st<\/strong><\/sup><strong>, 2008<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>International Science and    Technology Award for Ph.D. Study<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">The AMINEF is pleased  to announce the availability of approximately 40 awards to be completed  worldwide under the aegis of International Fulbright Science and Technology  Award for Ph.D. study at top U.S. institutions in science, technology,  or engineering for the 2008-2009 academic year matriculants.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Requirements:<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>A Bachelor and\/or Master&#8217;s    degree<\/li>\n<li>A minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00    scale)<\/li>\n<li>Undergraduate students who    will complete the degree before August 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2008 may also    apply<\/li>\n<li>Min. Eligible fields are Business Management  and Administration; Tourism and Hospitality Management; Health Professions,  including Nursing; Media; Information technology; Agriculture and engineering  science.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Requirements:<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Have complete a secondary    school education (High School Diploma)<\/li>\n<li>Have relevant working experience<\/li>\n<li>Have English language skills    that provide a basis for enrolling in academic coursework following    approximately 6 month of intensive English language study in U.S.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00    scale)<\/li>\n<li>Min.
