{"id":887,"date":"2009-07-10T02:09:02","date_gmt":"2009-07-10T02:09:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.infobeasiswa.net\/?p=887"},"modified":"2009-07-10T02:09:02","modified_gmt":"2009-07-10T02:09:02","slug":"postdoc-in-data-mining-for-phd-computer-science-math","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.infobeasiswa.net\/archives\/2009\/07\/10\/postdoc-in-data-mining-for-phd-computer-science-math\/","title":{"rendered":"Postdoc in Data Mining for PhD Computer Science &#038; Math"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Post-doc Position in Data Mining and Machine Learning<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Constraints and Machine Learning research group at the Laboratoire LIFO\u00a0 is seeking post doctoral candidates with background in Data Mining, Machine Learning and Data Analysis methods for a one year appointment starting at the latest in January 2010.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The prospective candidates must<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have a <strong>PhD in Computer Science<\/strong> or <strong>Mathematics<\/strong> (at the latest in November 2009).<\/li>\n<li>not have the French citizenship and not be member or doctor of a French university<\/li>\n<li>have knowledge in the theoretical aspects of one or more of the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Machine Learning : Statistical and Relational Learning<\/li>\n<li>Clustering and categorization<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Data Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge Discovery<\/li>\n<li>Generative Models for Data Mining<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>have well-developed social skills directed to work in a team;<\/li>\n<li>have a good command of English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The position offers<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> a full time appointment for a period of 12 months<\/li>\n<li>about 1900 euros net monthly salary<\/li>\n<li>attractive and good working environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong>: Application details:<\/p>\n<p>please apply as soon as possible.
